Square on Green Loper is named Wittevrouwenplein
The little square between Frankenstraat and the Groene Loper has been named the Wittevrouwenplein. This was decided by the stadsbestuur (city board).
Local residents had long wished to rename the square as the Wittevrouwenplein; a sign was even put up, unofficially renaming the square as the Wittevrouwenplein by local residents. So now the gemeente (municipality) is going along with this.
