Renovation of former Hudson's Bay building begins next year
Work will start early next year on the redevelopment of the former V&D and Hudson's Bay premises on Grote Staat.
The building will contain housing and also some shops and restaurants. To this end, the building will first be stripped, after which construction work will start. There will be an information evening for interested parties and local residents at 19:30 on Monday evening 12 December in Boekhandel Dominicanen. The owner of the property, CBRE Invest Management and the project development combination Fimek-3W real estate will then present the design plan and timetable of the works.
Even after the information evening, local residents, nearby entrepreneurs/businesses and interested parties will continue to be informed about the construction progress.
