Resuscitation; that is the goal the proceeds of the new edition of de Nach vaan 't Hart will go to. The event took place for the first time last year, Saturday 17 June will see another walk through Maastricht.

This time, the proceeds of the walk will go to CPR classes for secondary school students. ''With an amount like €5 000, the amount we raised last year, we can give CPR lessons to 500 secondary school students and their teachers,'' said Maggie Kooman of Health Foundation Limburg. Last year, the proceeds went to research on heart failure in women.

After the walk, several Maastricht artists including Nando Pellemans, DJ Mathieu Mestreech and Duo X-Elle will perform at the subsequent party night.
