Many newcomers receive Michelin star in Maastricht
An exciting day for restaurant lovers in the Netherlands, last week the Michelin Guide 2023 was presented in the DeLaMar Theatre in Amsterdam. In total, Maastricht now has 6 restaurants with a Michelin star.
Striking newcomers
In Maastricht, Beluga Loves You, Rantrée and Tout à Fait restaurants hold on to their 1 star. Notable newcomers are restaurant Studio, Au Coin Des Bons Enfants and Château Neercanne. The latter regains its star after losing it in 2018.
Super proud
Restaurant Tout à Fait writes on Facebook: "We are super proud that Tout à Fait has been awarded a Michelin star again this year – for the 22nd year in a row." Restaurant Au Coin Des Bons Enfants writes: "YES! We are so proud of our team."
Bib Gourmand
In the Bib Gourmand category, the award for restaurants with a good price-quality ratio, L'Auberge de Neercanne, Harry's, Tabkeaw and Umami by Han received prizes. Maastricht does not have any restaurants with 2 or 3 stars.
