80 affordable rental flats on Groene Loper ready for occupancy
The complex of 80 affordable rental flats along the Groene Loper is ready for occupancy. After 1.5 years of construction, the two blocks of flats are ready.
60 flats will be managed by Maasvallei, the remaining 20 will be managed by Servatius. With the addition of the 80 gas-free homes, which fall in the social sector, an attempt is being made to create a more diverse Groene Loper.
The first residents have now received the key to their new homes.
