253 new homes at Terblijterweg
253 new residences will be built along Terblijterweg; 80 flats, 173 studios. These will be divided between 2 buildings. Yesterday, the purchase agreement for this was signed which makes housing corporation Wonen Limburg the owner of the homes.
The internal garden of the 4-storey buildings is designed to give the feeling of a city park.
Rental allowance
The studios are for 1 and 2-person households and huurtoeslag (rent benefit) can be applied for the studios. This is also possible for 32 of the 80 flats. The other 48 have rental prices in the middle segment.
Construction will start this year and the first residents should move in by mid-2025.
