105 student studios in former office building
Student flats are being developed in a vacant office building at Limburglaan. It involves 105 self contained units.
The studios are expected to be ready by the start of the academic year, mid-2024.
The office building used to house, among others, a call centre. Recently, the building was in the news because an illegal rave party was organised there, which the police eventually put an end to in the middle of the night.
